Ice Cube's Worst Album Ever, "War & Peace Vol. 1 (The War Disc)"

Today, November 17, Daily $wagg wishes a Happy 36th Birthday to 3-6 Mafia co-founder, Lord Infamous. Today also marks the release of Snoop Dogg’s single, “I Wanna Rock” 2 years ago. I own Malice in Wonderland and the “It Takes Two”-sampled joint, in my opinion, was one of Snoop’s best in years. Today also represents the release of arguably Ice Cube’s worst album ever in War & Peace Vol. 1 (The War Disc). Cube’s 5th effort moved far more towards rap-metal and away from his original street and gangsta rap sound (that he was able to move back to in the second disc.. thank god..) propelled by Cube’s strangest collabo every with “Fuck Dying” featuring Korn. Lastly, today marks the day 2 years ago, legendary rapper, Rakim, dropped his last album to date, The Seventh Seal. Dr. Dre produced many of the tracks intended to be on the album, but they were later scrapped for brand new material. The album produced no significant hits and received average-mixed reviews from critics.
